Sound book printing process control points
1. Determine the correct printing sequence
According to the sounding principle of the sound book, the logical waveform formed by the dot matrix should be printed with black ink, so the key to ensure accurate sounding is to accurately print the black logic waveform. It must be ensured that the network points in the logic waveform diagram are accurately restored, not deformed, and printed solidly. Therefore, the black logic waveform should be printed in the first color group to ensure that the black dots are tightly attached to the paper surface.
2. Control the printing density of each color
At present, the printing methods of audio books are mainly divided into four-color printing and five-color printing. For four-color printing, logical waveforms are printed with black ink, and texts and color pictures are printed with yellow, magenta, and cyan inks, where the text is neutral gray. Five-color printing is similar to four-color printing, except that the text is printed separately with gray ink. When printing, we must try to ensure that black has a high density, and the density of yellow, magenta, blue and gray can not be too high, otherwise it will cause misreading or even unreadable Logical waveforms that affect normal sounding.
In addition, it should be noted that different printing densities should be determined depending on the paper. Under normal circumstances, when using coated paper, the printing density should be controlled as follows: yellow 0.80, magenta 1.10, cyan 1.20, black 1.65; when using offset paper, the printing density should be controlled as follows: yellow 0.80, magenta 0.90, cyan 1.10, black 1.20.
3. Note the choice of ink
In order to ensure that the logic waveform can be read correctly, black ink should be printed with special black ink, and the remaining three or four colors should be printed with ink with higher transparency.

5. The print link should be accurately debugged
First of all, to replace the blanket and backing of the first color set for printing black ink, the thickness should be accurately measured using a micrometer, the rubber should be tightened with a torque wrench, and then tightened once after 10 minutes of operation; Check the pressure of all the plate rollers on the printing plate. Different printing machines should be calibrated according to the standard of the operation manual. Finally, use white paper to print on the ground and check whether the blanket has depressions.
6. Thoroughly clean the fountain solution tank
Before the printing, the water supply system should be completely cleaned. In particular, the oil should be completely removed and the filter core replaced. The pH of the fountain solution should be controlled at 4.8 to 5.6 and the conductivity should be controlled at 800 to 1200 μs/cm.
7. Inspection and maintenance of the printing press
The inspection and maintenance of the printing press is mainly to prevent the dot deformation. First of all, you should clean the roller sets of each color group and coat them with a thin layer of oil. Second, check the pressure of the teeth of each tooth row, clean the tooth pads and dental patches. If you are using an older printing machine, you must eliminate them. The faults that cause the deformation of the dots can be printed; finally, the dusting area should be cleaned to prevent dusting from being left on the prints.
Audio book detection
1. Use a code reader to detect the data of the functional area
Based on the design of audio books, each vocalized functional area has a corresponding 6-digit data that can be read by a dedicated reader provided by the publisher. After reading, the data can be compared with the data provided by the publisher and checked for consistency.
2. Use a pen to detect the sound of the functional area
According to the logic waveform design of the audio book, each functional area corresponds to a sound, so it is possible to read with a point reading pen and compare the sounds heard with the proofs.
3. Set the checkpoint with a template, check with a code reader and a pen reader

4. Focus on checking the deepest color picture
Since the darkest areas are easy to cover the logic waveforms, which can cause misreading or even difficulty in reading, check the dark areas in the color image particularly carefully.
